International member. An individual currently residing outside the United States of America and Canada desiring to advance the purposes of the association.
An international Member shall have all the rights of a Regular Member except an international Membershall not be entitled to vote, shall not be eligible to hold any office or directorship in any governing body of the association and shall receive all services provided to members in electronic format.
